Getting Started

Our process is easy! Contact us today and we will answer any questions you may have. If you decide to refer your child for services here is our process from intake to treatment. We are looking forward to hearing from you and joining you and your family on your journey.

1.

Get in Touch

Get in touch with us at 360-350-2220 or fill out our contact form here. You can also have your doctor fax us a referral to 855-814-8815 and we will give you a call.

2.

Make a Plan

We will discuss your concerns, goals, and answer your questions. As a team, we will determine the most appropriate next steps and get you scheduled for your initial appointment.

3.

Begin Services

Come into the clinic for your initial evaluation. Following the evaluation, as a team, we will determine a plan of treatment, goals, and frequency for your child and family.

4.

Achieve Your Goals

We will take regular data throughout our sessions to measure progress and update treatment plans, goals, and frequency as needed. 

Insurance

We are an in-network provider with most major insurance companies in the state of Washington. As an in-network provider, we accept the insurance company's negotiated rate as compensation for services provided. The client is responsible for all deductible costs, out-of-pocket costs, and co-pays. As a courtesy, we process all insurance claims. The following are the major insurances we accept. Please call for more details if your insurance is not listed.​

Insurance

Physicians & Providers

For physician referrals, please review our process below and fax referral forms to 855-814-8815.

  • Please provide signed orders for an evaluation for treatment.

  • Our staff will verify insurance benefits.

  • Parent/Caregiver of the client will be reached by phone to schedule an intake.

  • After the intake, the office scheduler will schedule an initial evaluation with the family.

  • Based on the results of that evaluation, the evaluating therapist will recommend the frequency of services in a Plan of Care to be approved by the PCP.

  • The therapist and office staff will assist the family with scheduling appointments.
