Job Responsibilities:

Performing evaluations using formal and informal assessment measures
-
Establishing treatment plans and maintaining clinical documentation

Maintain timely documentation records
-
Providing therapy according to the treatment plan
Experience/Licensing Requirement:
-
Bachelor's degree for COTA
-
Master’s or doctorate degree for OT
-
Current Washington state licensure, in good standing, to practice occupational therapy

Demonstrates proficiency in occupational therapy modalities required to provide high-quality, evidence-based care to our pediatric client base

Minimum 1 year work experience preferred in a pediatric setting.
Experience, skills, and knowledge:

Knowledge of child development, with a focus on development of functional skills as relevant to the scope of practice for occupational therapy.

Experience in working with children who have neurodevelopmental challenges and/or complex medical needs.

Demonstrate proficiency in occupational therapy modalities required to provide high-quality, evidence-based care to our pediatric client base

Awareness of neurodiversity-affirming clinical practices and motivation to support families using this framework.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with staff, team members, and community.
